As CEO of his last venture, within 5 years Paul built and sold High Voltage Interactive, Inc. in 2006. A highly successful company, Paul provided strategic Internet recruitment planning services to the higher education sector. Paul built the company to a team of 20 employees and during its fifth and final year, generated $12 million in revenue. Paul sold High Voltage to Aptimus, a publicly traded company for a significant return on invested equity. A year later The Apollo Group, holding company of University of Phoenix, bought Aptimus for its ownership of High Voltage Interactive, Inc. for a reported $60 million.
During his 40 year career, Paul helped numerous companies utilize business building strategies with a focus on corporate return on investment. Paul has lent his expertise to companies including Toyota, Hyundai Motor America, Bank of America, Walgreens, Levi Strauss, CIT Corporation, Publicis Worldwide, and many others. Paul has published numerous articles in industry publications, and has held Strategic planning workshops for marketers and business owners throughout the globe. Dr. Jazwinski applies thirty years of research experience in the biology and genetics of aging to biomedical innovation in human healthy longevity. After receiving his PhD from Stanford University, Dr. Jazwinski received additional research training at The Rockefeller University where he later joined the faculty. He moved to Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and finally to Tulane University in New Orleans where he is Professor of Medicine and Director of the Tulane Center for Aging. Dr. Jazwinski has published over 160 research articles, and he is a member or fellow of several scientific societies.
Nina’s extensive healthcare marketing experience includes expertise in healthcare practice management, managed care, hospital and medical group marketing and continuing medical education marketing. In dual positions within the Previent executive team and the Practice Builders executive team, she bridges the gap for healthcare organizations who benefit from bringing today’s leading edge clinical care to practices, along with bringing practices today’s leading edge strategic growth planning to ultimately benefit patient communities.
Her role at Practice Builders includes oversight of all service line development and management to ensure client success. This includes oversight of our extensive advertising agency, which includes branded collateral and ad campaigns, digital marketing, practice training, media planning, market research, public relations and consulting. Donald is a psychotherapist and former Buddhist monk. Born in Chicago, he now resides in Portland, Oregon, where he teaches at Portland State University as an adjunct faculty member of the Interpersonal Neurobiology Program, and is an adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. Donald also serves on the board of directors of “The Center For Mindful Eating.”
In his own words: “Mindfulness is my passion. I ordained in a Burmese Buddhist monastery with a wonderful mindfulness teacher– the venerable U. Silananda (author of The Four Foundations of Mindfulness).
